RESERVATION
Through our website you can book, indicating the dates and the number of people you will obtain the different types of apartments available. Once the booking process is complete you can make the first payment through the website. Also if you wish you can write to our WhatsApp and we will make the reservation for you, and we will send you a bank link to make the first payment.
Through the website at the end of the booking process. Or if you contact us we can provide you with a bank account number or we can send you a link to make the payment online (different bank cards and/or Bizum).
Right after booking you will receive a link with your booking number. You can request cancellation through this link or by contacting us.
Depending on the dates of the reservation we offer free cancellation up to 3/7/14 days before the arrival date. It is indicated in the booking process.
The price includes 10% VAT. Upon arrival, you will have to pay the tax on stays in tourist establishments according to Decree 12/2021 of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The tax that will be charged is €0.66/person/per day for up to 7 days. And children under 17 are exempt. Therefore, a couple of adults staying for a week will have to pay a total of €9.24 in tourist tax.
Expenses included. Electricity, internet and water consumption are included. We ask for responsible consumption of supplies.
Reception service. There is a person responsible for facilitating and accompanying your stay with us, in case there is any mishap, you need tourist advice, package reception.
Emergency telephone number. If you have any emergency outside reception hours you can contact us.
Sockets, extensions. We want to facilitate your working conditions, so if you need more sockets, let us know.
The monthly rate is valid from October 15 to March 30. It has a minimum stay of 28 days.
REGULATIONS
We do not accept pets in our apartments.
The description of each apartment indicates whether one more person can be accommodated. In almost all apartments it is possible, sleeping either on the sofa bed or an extra single bed paying an amount of €10/person/day, if you have booked directly with us. The cost may vary if you have booked through other platforms.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. However, we have a designated area in the patio where you can smoke, and on the balcony or terrace of the apartment, taking care not to disturb anyone. Violation of this rule may result in expulsion from our facilities.
To receive visitors to the apartment, authorization must be requested at reception, and the person from outside the hotel must register their personal details. They may only be in the facilities during reception opening hours.
Upon arrival we will make you sign a document where you commit to following the following rules:
- We have a strict silence policy from 10pm to 10am.
- Visitors cannot be received without being authorized and registered at reception.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
- The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.
- The apartment must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, throwing away the trash and leaving all utensils clean.
The pool does not have a lifeguard, therefore, minors may never be alone in the pool without adult supervision. Food or drinks purchased outside the hotel bar may not be brought in. In order to maintain the optimal quality of the pool water, it is mandatory to shower before entering. Inflatables or balls are not allowed. Furniture may not be moved.

Yes, the building has an elevator.
These services are open from May to October (both months included).
The swimming pool (not heated) is open between May and October.
The hours are 10am-7pm (May and October) and 10am-8pm (June-September).
We offer a wide variety of tapas, snacks and dishes for breakfast or lunch and we have a varied cocktail menu. You will find the menu on your device in the apartment.

Around the apartments, there is a blue zone that is paid from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 2 pm and 4 pm and 8 pm.
200 meters away there is an outdoor blue zone parking with a 24-hour rate that costs €2.60 all day. But it must be renewed daily. Depending on the time of year there are blue zones that are only paid in the summer so the rest of the year they are free. If you want, you can ask us for a map of Calella with the different blue zones and when they are free.
You can park for free on the beach and also in the Riera Capaspre car park. You can check the map at www.gestvia.cat
Yes, we have different private parking spaces accessible 24 hours a day. They must be booked in advance to ensure a space, especially in high season. The parking is located in another building about 200 meters from the apartments. It costs €8/day if you have booked directly with us. The cost may vary if you have booked through other platforms.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Check-in time: 3 pm
Departure time: 11 am
November – April: Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
May and October: Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm.
June-September: Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm.
You can arrive earlier as long as the reception is open and leave your luggage. And on the day of departure we can also store your luggage.
For arrivals after reception closes, codes to access the apartment will be provided once personal data registration has been completed and payments have been completed.
Ask for information and prices on the availability of early arrival and late departure. As long as the apartment is available, customers who have booked directly on our website will be able to enjoy this service free of charge.
CHILDREN
You just have to ask us, and you can have a baby bed, high chair, bathtub and booster seat free of charge.
A child can stay for free if they are under 3 years old and if they share existing beds in the apartment.
Children from 3 years old count as people for the capacity of the apartment.
