Municipal Market; Situated on the main NII road, it is an indoor market which opens daily, and opposite there is a car park which is used for the open air market which operates on Saturday mornings only. Here as well as fruit and vegetables you can find clothes and household items etc.
The Capaspre River; The river that runs through the new part of the town (was short and narrow) has been recently covered over owing to the danger of flooding during heavy storms. The reclaimed land has been used to create a boulevard with restaurants and bars. This is also the main access to the Garbi and Gran beaches for pedestrians, bicycles and cars and now also incorporates a cycle lane.
Church Street; Forms the main shopping area of the town and is mostly pedestrianised and runs from the church square to the end of Calella. Here you will find everything for the discerning shopper, and also many bars and restaurants.
